Changing your mind, and what to do if it goes wrong

Cancel any time before it prints

You can cancel your own order for a full refund right up until the press picks it up. Open your order page, enter your order number and email, and choose to cancel. We email you a link to confirm it was really you. That link works for thirty minutes and only once.

Confirming stops the order at the printer and refunds the whole amount, shipping included. Nothing is withheld and there is no fee. The money goes back to the card you paid with, which banks usually take five to ten days to show.

The window is real, and it is short

Nothing here is warehoused. Your poster is made after you buy it, and it goes to the press soon after you order. That is usually a matter of hours, and sometimes it is minutes.

Once it has gone to the press we cannot pull it back, and the order page will tell you so rather than pretend otherwise. Write to us anyway if you are stuck. We would rather hear about it early.

Printed posters are not returnable

Every poster is made to order with your name and your numbers on it. Nobody else can buy the one we printed for you, so we cannot take it back because you changed your mind after it shipped. That is what the cancellation window is for.

Check the preview before you pay. What you see there is what prints, including the spelling of your name.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

That is different, and we will fix it. Email hello@gravelraceprints.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. A print that arrived creased, a frame that turned up broken, the wrong race or the wrong size in the tube. We reprint it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Tell us within thirty days of delivery so the carrier claim is still open on our end. If it takes you longer to notice, write anyway.

Reaching a person

Email hello@gravelraceprints.com. You can also just reply to any email we send you. Both reach the same place, and a person reads them.
