The line has to be the real one

Most race posters are decoration with a race's name on them. The route is a squiggle, the numbers are set dressing, and if you rode the course you can tell within a second.

Every poster here starts as the race's own GPX file. The course is plotted from the actual track, at the length the route measured that year, and the elevation profile along the bottom is that file's climbing rather than a decorative wave. When a race reroutes, the year gets its own drawing. A detour that adds a climb makes it a different ride, and the poster should say so.

Then it becomes yours. Finish time, average speed, power, placing, and the temperature and wind you got. The stat row arranges itself around whatever you actually have, so you are never filling in fields to satisfy a template. What you see in the preview is the file that goes to the printer.

Printing is made to order on heavyweight archival paper, unframed or framed, and shipped from the press nearest you. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be bought. It also means the collection can run deep without any one race being a gamble.

The collection grows mostly by request. If the race you finished isn't here, tell us which one and which year. Most of the ones already drawn got here that way.
