What we collect, and what we do not

If you buy a poster

We keep your email address, what you ordered, what you paid, and the details you typed onto the poster. We need the email to send your confirmation and to tell you when the print ships. It is also how you look up an order later.

Your card details never reach us. Stripe collects them and processes the payment. Your shipping address is collected by Stripe and passed to the printer so the poster can be delivered. We do not store the address ourselves.

The stats on your poster are yours. Your finish time, your placing, your power numbers. We do not sell them, publish them, or use them for anything other than printing your poster.

If you are just looking

We measure how the site gets used so we can make it better. This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. Our analytics uses session storage instead, which your browser clears when you close the tab. That means we cannot recognize you tomorrow, and we cannot follow you to any other site.

We record anonymous sessions to see where the site is confusing. Every form field is masked before the recording is saved, so what you type is never captured. That includes your name, your race stats, and anything you enter at checkout.

If you arrive from a link somewhere else, we record which site sent you. It tells us where people are finding us. It is not tied to a name or an email unless you go on to place an order.

Who else handles your data

Running a store means using other companies. These are all of them.

• Stripe takes the payment and collects your card and shipping details.
• Gelato prints the poster and ships it. They get your name and address.
• Resend delivers your confirmation and shipping emails.
• PostHog handles analytics. Our data is stored on their European servers.
• Vercel and Neon host the site and the order records.

Your data is yours

Write to us and we will tell you everything we hold about you, or delete it. We will need to keep a record of the sale itself for tax purposes, but nothing beyond that.
